1 Owner with 1 or 2 Personally Held Properties

We will compile your rental property summary and ensure that we’ve used every possible deduction. We will then combine your rental property income (or loss) with your personal income (if any) and file an IR3 Individual Income Tax return with Inland Revenue for you.

When we’ve filed your IR3 we will provide you with an Income Statement and a Tax Summary for your records. Inland Revenue will also issue assessments which you should keep.

While we are completing your return we are available via phone or email to answer any questions. If you remain a client we will provide unlimited tax advice and support as it relates to your rental property.

NZ Rental Tax Services

2 Owners with 1 or 2 Personally Held Properties

  • Individual IR3 returns
  • Annual income statement (profit & loss)
  • Tax advice about your rental property
  • Tax reminders and assessments
  • Free phone and email support

$597 + GST

We will compile your rental property summary and ensure that we’ve used every possible deduction. We will then combine your rental property income (or loss) with your personal incomes (if any) and file IR3 Individual Income Tax returns with Inland Revenue for both owners.

When we’ve filed your IR3 we will provide you with an Income Statement and a Tax Summary for your records. Inland Revenue will also issue assessments which you should keep.

While we are completing your return we are available via phone or email to answer any questions. If you remain a client we will provide unlimited tax advice and support as it relates to your rental property.

NZ Rental Tax Services

1 Property owned by a Company or Look Through Company (LTC)

  • Full financial statements (profit & loss, balance sheet, shareholder current account, depreciation schedule if required)
  • IR4 Company tax return or IR7 Company Tax return if LTC
  • 1 or more individual IR3 Income Tax returns
  • Tax advice about your rental property
  • Tax reminders and assessments
  • Free phone and email support

$697 + GST

We will compile your rental property summary and ensure that we’ve used every possible deduction. We will then combine with any salary and wages the Look Through Company (LTC) shareholders may have earned and file an IR7 LTC Income Tax return together with 1 or more IR3 Individual Income Tax returns with Inland Revenue on your behalf.

Once we have filed the IR7 and 1 or more IR3s we will provide you with an Income Statement and a Tax Summary for your records. Inland Revenue will also issue assessments which you should keep.

While we are completing your return we are available via phone or email to answer any questions. If you remain a client we will provide unlimited tax advice and support as it relates to your rental property.

1 Property owned by a Trust

  • Full financial statements (profit & loss, balance sheet, beneficiary current account, depreciation schedule if required)
  • IR6 Trust tax return
  • 1 or more individual IR3 income tax returns (for beneficiaries)
  • Tax advice about your rental property
  • Tax reminders and assessments
  • Free phone and email support

$997 + GST

We will compile your rental property summary and ensure that we’ve used every possible deduction. We will then file an IR6 Trust Income Tax return with Inland Revenue on your behalf.

If you decide you would like to allocate any applicable income to beneficiaries we can prepare and file 1 or more beneficiary returns.

Once we have filed the IR6 and/or 1 or more beneficiary returns we will provide an Income Statement and Tax Summaries to keep for your records.. Inland Revenue will also issue assessments which you should keep.

While we are completing your return we are available via phone or email to answer any questions. If you remain a client we will provide unlimited tax advice and support as it relates to your rental property.

Add Extra Properties

  • Add additional properties to one of our other options for only $175 each.
